Today is the birthday of Mark Chestnut, a great country singer in the classic sense, but today is the also the birth date of some pretty big stars in Country Music, I'm talking Patsy Cline, Jimmy Rogers and Harland Howard. Harland has written over 45 hits for just about anybody in Country music yesterday and today. I'll be playing some of their music tonight, and more of Harlands songs by other artists, However I wanted to start with a harlan Howard song most people have never heard. (Yes Harlan was married to Jan Howard).
